Data protection

• We support customer compliance obligations (e.g., GDPR-aligned practices where applicable).
• We act as Processor for customer mailbox data when we host email on your behalf; customers are typically the Controller.

• TLS encryption in transit (where supported by connecting servers/clients)
• Anti-spam and anti-malware filtering
• Rate limiting and brute-force protection
• Logging and monitoring for security events
• Role-based admin access
