Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: 01.01.2026

You may not use Indigo Services to:

A) Spam and unwanted email

• Send bulk unsolicited email
• Use purchased/harvested lists
• Hide identity or use deceptive headers
• Operate "snowshoe" or similar evasion tactics

B) Phishing, fraud, and impersonation

• Trick users into revealing credentials or personal data
• Impersonate a person/organization without authorization

C) Malware and harmful content

• Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, or malicious links
• Host or relay harmful payloads

D) Unauthorized access / attacks

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or networks
• Run port scans, brute force attempts, or exploit attempts

E) Illegal content or rights violations

• Any unlawful activity under applicable law
• Copyright infringement or distribution of illegal materials

F) Disruption and abuse of resources

• Overload or disrupt infrastructure
• Misuse of shared resources beyond plan limits

Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations. For urgent abuse we may suspend first and notify after.
