1. Agreement

By using Indigo email hosting ("Services"), you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Who may use the Services

You must be authorized to represent your organization. You are responsible for your users' activity under your account.

3. Service description

We provide hosted email services including mailbox hosting, domain configuration support, webmail and mail protocols (e.g., IMAP/SMTP), security filtering, and administration features, depending on your plan.

4. Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate account information
Keep passwords and admin access secure
Maintain lawful use of mailboxes and domain ownership/authorization
Use the Services in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy

5. Prohibited use (summary)

You must not use the Services for spam, phishing, malware, illegal content distribution, unauthorized access attempts, or activities that disrupt networks.

6. Billing, payments, and taxes

Fees and billing cycles are defined in your order/contract.
Late or non-payment may result in suspension after notice, except where contract states otherwise.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes/VAT unless otherwise stated.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit service:

To protect the service, recipients, or networks (e.g., active spam/phishing)
If required by law
For non-payment
For material breach of Terms/AUP

We will use reasonable efforts to notify you unless prohibited or urgent.

8. Data deletion after termination

After termination, mailbox data may be deleted after a reasonable period. You are responsible for exporting your data before termination.

9. Service availability

We aim for reliable service. Any uptime/SLA commitments apply only if explicitly included in a written SLA/contract.

10. Disclaimers

Except as stated in a written contract/SLA, Services are provided "as is" and "as available", to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indigo will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profit, business interruption, etc.). Total liability is limited to fees paid in the relevant period, unless your contract says otherwise.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract.
