If you received spam, phishing, or malicious email involving our network:

What to include

  • Full email headers (important)
  • Date/time received and your timezone
  • The suspicious sender and recipient
  • Any URLs/attachments (don't execute them)
  • Description of the incident

What we do

  • Investigate delivery logs and sending patterns
  • Suspend accounts sending spam/phishing when confirmed
  • Block sources and update filters
  • Cooperate with lawful requests when applicable

We aim to acknowledge abuse reports within 1 business day.
